Procurement Assistant

Procurement Assistant duties include but not limited to:

  • Purchase material/inventory for home builds.

  • Enter data in inventory system.

  • Maintain vendor relationships on a day-to-day basis.

  • Research, analyze, and solve supply chain challenges.

  • Research and negotiate pricing of materials.

  • Maintain receipt records and historical building data.

  • Must be able to work in an office environment with occasional production floor visits.


  • Self-motivated with attention to detail.

  • Must be an effective communicator through email, phone and in person.

  • Comfortable discussing and negotiating pricing with different vendors.

  • Must have the ability to communicate amongst different departments.

  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks and time.

  • Must have knowledge of Excel and Gmail.

  • Knowledge of building materials preferred.

  • Knowledge of G Suite preferred.

  • Health insurance after 60 days (Company pays 90%)

  • Voluntary dental & vision benefits offered.

  • PTO, and paid holidays.

  • Work hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday with 1 hour for lunch.

  • All new hires are subject to a 30 and 60 day evaluation period.
