Living Tiny

As more and more people are choosing to live a simple life, tiny house communities are popping up all over the country. There are obvious benefits of this low cost way of living and moving into an established community means the sometimes difficult task of finding land is done for you. With already prepared sites,

shared utilities, and community amenities like outdoor gathering spaces, community gardens, dog parks and more, you can start living the tiny life immediately!

We will do our best to add to this list as more communities become available. For now, we will start in our backyard of the southeast! With its legendary hospitality, opportunity for adventure or relaxation, and the year round mild climate makes tiny living in the southeast a dream.
